This year we are delighted to offer a year long Wild Food & Medicine Course, in response to increasing demand for our workshops last year. The course will run over eight months of the year, from March to October, with eight sessions covering basic botany & ecology, practical remedy and recipe making and the basics of sensory herbalism.
