Wester Hailes Clinic Terms & Conditions
Catchment:
- The Wester Hailes Community Herbal Clinic is open to anyone who lives or works within our catchment area – postcodes EH14 and EH11.
- If you live or work within these postcodes you can book an appointment online here
- If you have been referred to our clinic by your healthcare practitioner or community group then one of our herbalists will call you to make an appointment
Costs & Payment:
- Each appointment costs £10 payable on booking
- If you book online you will be directed to a secure payment. If you book over the phone we will send a secure booking link to your email address and ask you to pay before your appointment.
- If you don’t use email we can arrange an alternative means of payment such as paying by bank transfer or debit/credit card or cash at your appointment
- Your herbal medicines will be charged separately after your appointment. You will be sent a secure payment link via our booking software Appointedd

Cancellation Policy
- We understand that appointments need to be cancelled and rescheduled from time to time.
- If you can no longer make your appointment then please cancel it via Appointedd, by messaging your herbalist, or by emailing clinic@grassrootsremedies.co.uk
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full rate of £10
