It works! I had been given some of this to try when I had some muscle aches and I wasn’t expecting it to work as well as it did. I definitely reach for this depending on the pain before painkillers.

I’m getting more!! A little drop goes a long way . Sometimes I put it on at night before bed and it really helps , more than strong painkillers! I’m never going to be without it again !!

I fell over a curb just over a week ago, outside my doctor’s surgery 🤦
Landed badly on my elbow and my knee. My knee had a whopping great big bruise develop and I’m soooo glad I picked up a pot of this at the Scottish Wild Food festival in September as I’m certain it’s helped reduce the bruise already and the centre of the area is already turning yellow in the centre.
I’ll definitely be ordering a few more pots of this as it’s an amazing blend and soaks in quite quickly.
Well done Grass Roots and for all you do for your community.

I keep 2 jars of this cream on standby for whenever I might need it.
I apply it to scratches, bruises and my knee when it is acting up.
Great cream to have on standby.

This has been a bit of a god send for me! I developed chronic arthritis in my big toe following an injury. When the podiatrist had tried everything and nothing had worked long-term, I reached out to Grass Roots Remedies. I was more inclined to look for something that would naturally keep the pain away and keep my toe moving. I’ve been massaging my toe morning and night with this beautiful cream for a couple of years now and I’m absolutely sure it’s not only stopped the problem getting worse, but has helped me regain flexibility with far less pain. I’ve just completed a long-distance mountain walk: Sair Nae Mair Cream kept me going all the way – hooray! Fab product and fab social enterprise. Thank you Grass Roots Remedies team!
