It contains a care-filled blend of Marshmallow Leaf (Athaea officinalis folia), Elderflowers (Sambucus nigra flores), Lemonbalm (Melissa officinalis), Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) & Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). One to brew up to aid recovery from coughs, colds & other viruses, or just to support general lung health. Comes in a 50g bag. This loose leaf tea requires a strainer or self-fillable tea bag.
Directions for use

Why Support Us?
This product is part of a series of blends we created as part of the Herbal Response Project which we ran in 2020 to give away free herbal products to support people during the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Following popular demand, we’ve now made some of them available for general sale, and they are now part of our general efforts to raise funds to support our award winning Wester Hailes Community Herbal Clinic. All of the profits from this sale go directly to providing herbal support to people on low incomes
Our products are made using only herbs which can be grown or foraged in Scotland, and are made from a combination of locally grown, foraged and bought herbs. They are as organically sourced as possible. We are working towards growing, harvesting, processing, preparing and packing many of them on our herb farm in Lauriston or in Wester Hailes to create medicine made by the people, with the profits going back to the people.
