General Information about Each Product:
Sair Nae Mair Cream
Bothered by a bruise, an aching joint or muscle and sick of being sair? This cream is made from local herbs like Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Daisy (Bellis perennis), Willow (Salix alba), & Meadowsweet (Filipendula Ulmaria) to help relieve pain and inflammation. Some people like to keep it in the fridge for an extra cooling effect. Apply as needed to affected area. Comes in a 30g jar.
Calm Tea
Let our calm tea connect you to a sense of stillness, whilst keeping you alert and able to get on with your day. Our soothing blend is made up of Oat straw (Avena sativa), Hawthorn flowering tops (Crataegus spp) and Rose (Rosa spp). Comes in a 50g bag. This loose leaf tea requires a strainer or self-fillable tea bag. Directions for use – Place 1 teaspoon in a cup or 3 teaspoons into a teapot. Pour over boiling water and allow to brew for 5-10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
Night Time Tea
Our night time tea will help you drift off to sleep, waking refreshed in the morning. A soothing mix of Limeflowers (Tilia spp), Oat straw flowering tops (Avena sativa) Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), and Chamomile (Matricaria recutita). Comes in a 50g bag. This loose leaf tea requires a strainer or self-fillable tea bag. Directions for use – Place 1 teaspoon in a cup or 3 teaspoons into a teapot. Pour over boiling water and allow to brew for 5-10 minutes, strain and enjoy.

Sair Nae Mair Cream – avoid contact with eyes
Calm Tea – Hawthorn may enhance the activity of cardio active medicines like blood thinners, beta blockers or other hypotensive drugs. Oatstraw is not a gluten containing ingredient, however people with a very high sensitivity to gluten may wish to be cautious.
Night Time Tea – These relaxing herbs can boost the effect of other sedatives
Why Support Us?
This product is part of a series of blends created specifically to raise funds to support our Wester Hailes Community Herbal Clinic. All of the profits from this sale go directly to providing herbal support to people on low incomes.
Our products are made using only herbs which can be grown or foraged in Scotland, and are made from a combination of locally grown, foraged and bought herbs. They are as organically sourced as possible. We are working towards growing, harvesting, processing, preparing and packing many of them on our herb farm in Lauriston or in Wester Hailes to create medicine made by the people, with the profits going back to the people.
Dispatch Times & Postage:
Postage is to the UK only, and is free for orders over £50. When products are in stock, we dispatch once a week. If you have backordered something we’ll be in touch to let you know how long it will take to restock.
