We are very pleased to have been working with local Edinburgh artist Mary Hutchison of Tangerine Blue to create some new Growers Guides – simple instructions to aid you in cultivating your own medicinal herbs. We are passionate about the sustainability of herbal medicine, and so growing your own own or buying from cultivated sources when there is an ecological risk to that plant from wild harvesting is a really great way to support those plant species.

Below, or on our Resources Page , you can download these 6 guides to how to grow some commonly used species. Two of them – Echinacea and Black Cohosh – are both at risk in the wild from overharvesting so they are brilliant and beautiful examples of plants to grow yourself.
